A Conversation Involving Anxiety and Mental Health

In this episode, the Support Services Team invite Kate Remiz and Jennifer Harvey (Principals with Durham Catholic District School Board) to join in a conversation about mental health and anxiety. They have been supporting students and staff for many years and share some of the causes and symptoms of mental health concerns as well as some practical ideas of how we an support ourselves as Catholic leaders. The conversation is practical, interesting and engaging.
