In this episode, the Support Services Team discusses retirement – a topic that requires thought, reflection and preparation. Together, they discuss different aspects of the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan, what you need to do to prepare for retirement in advance such as LTD cancelation, how to manage your health care benefit needs, as well as your gratuity. We also speak about working in education after you leave your current role.
