Bernadette Taylor-Dolha graduated from the University of Windsor in 1986, with a B.F.A Honours degree in Acting. She enjoyed a successful professional career in both the U.S. and Canada in music theatre, commercials and voice work. In 1997, She received her B-ED with a “drama” specialty from York University and joined the staff at Arts@Baythorn as a drama and vocal teacher. She is the 2010, Toronto Star “Teacher of the Year! She shares her love of teaching through the arts with her husband Andrew Dolha who is the head of Drama and and Dance at Arts Westmount. Her daughters Adelaide and Audrey are proudly named after musicals. Bernadette believes that music belongs in the classroom.
