Jen Cort is an education consultant in the areas of equity, inclusion, diversity and justice. Nic James serves Delaware Valley Friends School as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is a member of the Educational and Operational Administrative Teams. Nic began his career teaching English and Social Studies at the Middle School level and serving as a diversity coordinator before entering the realm of school leadership in several independent schools in the Philadelphia area. Nic is trained in racial literacy and DEI project management services. He received his B.S. in Speech Communication and Cultural Studies from Millersville University, holds an M.A. in English from Arcadia University, and an MS.Ed. in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
