Investigations part 2: Exploring the concept of racism

Part of the work Support Services Advisors offer at CPCO is to participate in investigations when there is an allegation or complaint made regarding one of our Associates. As we navigate the changes in society over time, there is usually a shift or increase in the types of investigations we support. One area of increase has been in a greater number of complaints involving allegations of such discriminatory practices as racism. This is the focus of the second podcast produced by CPCO related to investigations.
