You mentioned the power of purpose. Can you share your WHY?
All of us have a purpose to be here. Our why involves a plan for us to live out our purpose. I realized that being on earth is more than about me. My WHY is about elevating others. When I think of my WHY, I remember Zig Ziglar’s quote:
You can have everything in life you want if
you will just help other people get what they want.

 ProTip: Point of Reflection
“Do I have clarity of who I am? Stop and really think about your identity.
Are you living someone else’s dreams or are you living yours?”

Scaling Leadership, Power of Mentoring
When you realize you are a content provider, you can connect the dots. If there is a major event in society, education, or something else, and someone has reached out to you, you have influence. If they ask you to help them understand, process, or unpack it, you have influence.
John Maxwell quoted in his book, Five Levels of Leaderships,
if you have influence, you are a leader. If you have influence, you have power.

 ProTip: Building Authentic Connections
Leaders can build connections by asking the people they lead the
following question:
“What is it right now that you’re working on that you are absolutely passionate about?”
