From pioneering an innovative continental leadership development initiative in Africa to working with the Church and a major non-government organisation, Kofi Hagan has put his diverse experience to working as an Executive and Life Coach specialising in working with leaders of civil society and non-government organisations.
For more than 30 years, he has helped many executives identify and eliminate barriers to their personal and professional growth, including conflict, trauma resulting from war, low self-esteem, unfulfilled performance expectations and more. Kofi possesses unique leadership qualities that include leadership development, performance and career management, creativity and innovation.

In addition to his successful coaching practice, Kofi is currently pioneering a coaching methodology aimed at facilitating the integration of prisoners of genocide in Rwanda into their communities.
